Customers are advised to match the belt size to their pant size, and if they're at the high end or on the cusp of a size, to stick with the size down.

The high-strength neodymium magnets used in the Groove Belt are N42 magnets, safe for use around phones, but not recommended for those with pacemakers or other medical devices affected by magnetic fields. The belts are subject to setting off metal detectors and are not TSA approved, so users are advised to remove them before going through security.
